What you can do

Use Sendforyo to send personalised cold outreach where you have a legitimate business interest in the recipient and you comply with applicable email and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, UAE's anti-spam regulations, etc.).

What you can't do

• Send to purchased or scraped lists with no real opt-in basis.
• Pretend to be someone you're not in the From line.
• Send anything illegal, misleading, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Use the platform to harass anyone.
• Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access other accounts' data.

Account & billing

You can cancel any time. Paid plans (when available) are pre-paid monthly or annual; refunds are pro-rated for unused full months on annual plans, on request.

Liability

Sendforyo is provided as-is. We're not responsible for deliverability outcomes, prospect responses, or business consequences of your campaigns. Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we email everyone with active accounts at least 14 days before the new version takes effect.
